Clarifying editing constraints

I see that the editing constraint states to default to ASCII when I'm editing or creating files. However, in chat, it seems normal punctuation is acceptable. It’s clear I don’t need shell commands for this process. I need to balance keeping edits compliant with the guidelines while communicating effectively in chat. It’s kind of a juggling act to remember those distinctions, but I’ll make sure to proceed as instructed!
